What did you want to be when you were a child?
I had no clear idea, but I liked the thought of travelling and an air hostess
seemed appealing.
What was your first job?
As a clerk/typist in a large London, Insurance Company.
What is your work/life Philosophy?
Enjoy life while you can, because life is so short-lived when you are having
fun.

Job Summary
Sheila Whites daily routine consist of individual room visits with residents, preparing the activity room, advise residents to attend, enlist the help of AIN staff to take residents to the activities, by phone, word of mouth and entry in the communication’s diary.
Prerequisites
Must like dealing with people from all walks of life, have negotiating skills to deal with difficult people.
Pros
- Work is enjoyable, worthwhile, and you are appreciated and valued by the residents and their families. There is a lot of “love to go around”. Great working environment.
Cons
- Salary does not reflect the true value of the job and the amount of devoution in time and effort is needed to do this job well. Some residents can be difficult so you cannot please everyone all of the time and a high risk of infection and becoming sick.
